The waiting list helps Georges & Friends let you know about upcoming ApéroExpats gatherings.

What you share

The waiting-list form asks for your first name, email address and WhatsApp number. These details are collected through Tally and made available to the ApéroExpats organisers to manage the list and send event updates.

What happens next

When you join, you agree to receive updates about upcoming ApéroExpats gatherings by email or WhatsApp. Joining the waiting list does not register you for a specific event. Any event registration instructions will be shared with the announcement.

Changing your mind

You can ask to leave the waiting list or have your details removed by replying to an event email or WhatsApp message, or by emailing hello@aperoexpats.ch. Please identify the email address or WhatsApp number you used for the waiting list.

Tally and external services

The forms on the homepage and waiting-list page are embedded from Tally. Visiting either page connects your browser to Tally, which operates the form service under its privacy policy. Other pages do not load the Tally embed. This website has no added advertising or analytics scripts.

The event archive

Past-event pages use event invitations, original artwork and available photos. Personal guest lists and private group identifiers are not published. If you appear in a photo and would like it reviewed or removed, email hello@aperoexpats.ch and include a link to the page.
